Thank you for purchasing from Christmas Snow Globes by House worX.
We endeavour to supply a superior product every time a globe leaves our warehouse.

All our items are checked by our quality control team before they leave. Sometimes, something may go wrong in shipping, that causes a fault in the product.

For all items that may not be quite right, please contact us on houseworxglobes@outlook.com and we will organise a replacement or refund if no replacement is available.
Please check out our troubleshooting page as often it is a simple fix first.

Please Note: we do not refund for incorrect choice; however, we are happy to exchange any product at the purchaser's expense.
